      Conceptualized and developed programming for Americas first satellite-delivered subscription radio service.

      Shepherded XM dance channels from concept through creation and day-to-day operations.

      Recognized for leadership ability via promotion to Senior Program Director, overseeing original four dance channels (The Move, BPM, The System, Chrome) plus four other contemporary/hit XM channels (20on20, The Heart, The Blend, and Kiss).

      BPM subsequently was named Best Satellite Radio Dance Channel at International Dance Music Awards, 2005.

      Chosen from nationwide search to be KKSFs first full-time morning personality.
